Molten Lava Chocolate Cake - 4 to 5 small ramekins
Ingredients:
Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate – 4 oz (113g)
Butter – 4 oz (113g)
Choc powder - 1 tbs
A pinch of salt
Eggs – 2
Sugar – 1/3 cup (75 g)
All-purpose Flour – 1/4 cup (40g)
Butter – for greasing ramekins
Cara2nya..
1. Satukan chocolate chip n butter dlm bekas stainless steel n masak dgn kaedah 'double boiler' shinnga cair.
2. Masukkn serbuk koko n garam gaul biar rata, angkt n ketepikn, biar sejuk sbntr.
3. Pukul telur n gula dlm tempoh 3 mnt kemudian masukkn adunan coklat td n pukul lg biarw rata.
4. Masukkn tepung n gaul dgn spatula shinnga sbati.

5. Tuang dlm acuan yg sesuai, buat sampai abis n sejukkn dlm fridge dlm 5 mnt.
6. Erm Bakar kek dlm oven yg telah dpnskn dgn suhu 210C selama 10 mnt, jgn terlebih masak, paling lama hanya 13 mnt.
7. Kemudian bole la dhiaskn mgikut kreativiti msg2.
